Coverlay Production, Inc. originated in Denver, Colorado in 1982 and integrated as Import Vehicle Products and solutions, Ltd., a Colorado Company. Our unique goal, at the time of incorporation, was to import aftermarket automobile entire body parts from Taiwan and Italy and provide them to overall body outlets in the Denver spot. Within the spring
